I just read your blog and this recipe and had to jump up and make it. I was so surprised how good it was with the zucchini and the celery! I discovered a while back that adding a zucchini to a smoothie gives it a lovely creamy consistency like a banana and often found myself subbing zucchinis for bananas in my smoothies for the extra punch of veggies! I happened to remember this recipe, googled it… and the rest is history… I had most of the ingredients, zucchini (clearly), frozen blueberries, frozen banana, celery, hemp, I subbed 30g of lacinato kale for the spinach, subbed coconut shreds and more zucchini for the coconut milk, subbed coriander, cardamom, and ginger for the cinnamon, and just left off the maca for this go around. It sounds like an odd combination BUT it is such a delicious smoothie!! Thanks so much for the lovely review!
