PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION
Deepen your practice on the mat and in your life! In a private session you can expect individualized instruction specifically tailored to your needs. You will be guided through your session with the benefit of hands-on alignment and a personalized practice. Private instruction is recommended to all students/all levels. Private classes for special events also available.

ALIGNMENT FLOW
This class is for all levels and provides challenge for experienced students and modifications for those requiring more support. The practice weaves alignment details in postures linked with breath and movement flow. Each class is intelligently sequenced to allow the body to open and strengthen without strain. Students are encouraged to listen to their breath and honor their body. The practice is dynamic, therapeutic, and deeply grounding.

COMMUNITY HATHA
Community Hatha is a class designed to be accessible to all and is offered at a suggested donation of $10. The 75 minute class incorporates different aspects of posture, breath work and meditation. The class creates a nurturing environment to promote relaxation, healing and inner care. We welcome students of all ages, body types, ability, and experience.

COMMUNITY YIN
Community Yin Yoga lets the body’s deep layers of connective tissue begin to unwind through a sequence of passively held floor-postures. The use of Restorative Yoga poses helps the body deeply relax.

MINDFUL FLOW
A mindful, flowing and compassionate practice blending movement, stillness and pranayama (breath). With each unique class you will build strength and flexibility and develop an awareness of how to carry those lessons off your mat and into the world.

PRAJNA YOGA
Prajna means “insight” or wisdom gained from direct experience. Prajna Yoga weaves three elements: alignment based asana, anatomy illumination, and wisdom teachings. This class is for all levels and provides challenge for experienced students and modifications for those requiring more support. SPIRIT FLOW
A multi level class designed to dissolve any accumulated tension in the body while aligning ourselves towards the good intentions we set before our new week. Sunday mornings are a time for reflection and coming home to your own dear spirit. Be prepared to sweat, unwind and melt into meditation and perhaps just see how your spirit moves you.

VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa means to place in a special way, connecting sequences of breath-sychronized movements to transition between postures. Each class will explore the asana practice in a flowing expression of breath, movement & meditation. Layers of anatomy, alignment, sanskrit, asana, & awareness will be woven together as we flow through the arc of the vinyasa practice.

YIN & RESTORATIVE YOGA
As you learn to relax the body into the moment, through support from props and mindful awareness to sensation, the mind becomes more attentive to the body. Yin Yoga lets the body’s deep layers of connective tissue begin to unwind through a sequence of passively held floor-postures. The use of Restorative Yoga poses helps the body deeply relax.
