I won't be shopping with them again, Can't fault the service ordered a mattress on Tuesday arrived Friday, kept informed about delivery day and even give me a time slot on the day. 3 months old and I feel like it's ready for the bin , I was told by the manager that I must rotate the mattress at 3 months , when I complained , there was nothing on the bed to say that , no sign with instructions , so I rotated the mattress , and it's just the same , those pegs sticking up , and now there is a hole down the end of the bed where I slept on it , I was also told that because my bed is up against a wall, and not in the middle of a room , that i am using the same side to get in and out , this has damaged the bed , the men from beds.ie delivered the bed ,never said a word about it not being suitable to go against a wall,no instructions on the bed to say it could not go against a wall, I weigh 9 stone not 29 stone ,this bed is 3 months old ,it's a disgrace I paid 700 for this bed ,and 3 months old and it's no good to me ,I have scoliosis of the spine ,and this bed is making my symptoms worse .
