Not sure why you were being downvoted, this is a legitimate and well worded opinion/response. I think I have 8 ESPs just for CoT and compatibility patches in my current install. That's exactly my feeling. Not saying that CoT is bad, though. its hard to beat CoT, there's a reason its so popular. There isn't anything I necessarily disliked about either one, (well, except for CoT's making light sources darker when you make everything else darker too, but I also use ELFX so this isn't an issue either way) but I eventually decided to go with Pure Weather. I've tried both. For other immersion increasing weather mods, I would recommend taking a look at Minty's Lightning, Wet and Cold, A Splash of Rain, Footprints, and getting a better snow texture mod (I use Quality Snow HD). It goes well with many ENBs, because it's not very vibrant and gives a fairly realistic look, but on its own it's pretty dull and boring.
