I will often start with 8:4 fetches:shocks for 2 or 3 color decks, and adjust as necessary from there. They are also a lot cheaper as they just got reprinted in Double Masters, Some of my personal favorites, these lands can be untapped unless you have 4+ lands, and are very helpful at the start of the game.
